Complaints

If you feel that the standard of service you have received from the Cambridge Practice falls short of what you believe to be reasonable or appropriate, we will investigate your concerns and provide you with a formal written response. We may also ask you to come in for interview so that we can establish exactly what went wrong.

We are required to report to NHS England annually, a summary of all the complaints we receive and the outcome of the investigations.

If you are unable to download or print the below form copies are kept at both reception desks or alternatively you can send your complaint by email to thecambridge.practice@nhs.net please ensure you clearly document in the subject heading that this is a formal complaint.
