My sincere gratitude to the GP…

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the GP who called us back on Wednesday, 8 April at 5:20 pm in response to our request submitted. It appears that I had developed an aggressive infection on my forehead within just two days, a throbbing red swelling had formed. Thanks to the doctor’s professional and prompt actions, I received treatment the same evening and was able to collect the prescribed antibiotic just 15 minutes before the pharmacy closed. This was especially important as we were due to travel on Friday, 10 April for 10 days, and I was very concerned about travelling with such a rapidly developing infection. However, I soon began to see improvement thanks to the antibiotics I had already started. I would also like to thank the doctor for their care and for taking into account my penicillin allergy when prescribing the antibiotic. The infection was indeed serious and took some time to resolve, but my condition has now significantly improved. Please kindly pass on my sincere thanks to this GP.

A patient called in today to give her praise to Dr Grace Solomon for her help and advice when speaking to this patient on 20.03.26 regarding severe constipation. The patient was extremely grateful for her help, and she has asked me to forward this message to Dr Solomon, she said that the sachets that she was given by Dr Solomon has helped a lot and she then expressed her praise and thank you to Dr Solomon.
