Patients on repeat medication will be asked at least once a year to review their regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. This is to make sure that your medication is still safe and effective. Your medication review will usually be around the same time each year and can be carried out by a variety of members in our Practice Team depending on what needs to be completed during your review. You may be asked to see one of our Health Care Assistants, Nurses, Clinical Pharmacist or one of our doctors to complete this.

You will be asked to complete your review either face-to-face with one of our Clinicians or in some circumstances your review may be able to be completed with a phone call.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions. Your prescription may be restricted if you are overdue. Please phone reception 01252 344868 for more information when your medication review is due.
