Travel health/vaccinations

If you require travel vaccinations to ensure safe foreign travel, please complete an admin online consultation via the Accurx Patient Triage. (Link opens in a new browser tab)

Please ensure you submit a separate online consultation or paper form for each individual person that is travelling.

We ask that you submit your request at least 8 weeks prior to your travels, as some vaccinations require a course of vaccinations to be administered over several weeks to provide the most effective immune response. Any requests submitted after this timeframe will be rejected and you will need to source travel vaccinations from a private clinic.

Once your request has been received, it will be forwarded and reviewed by one of our Travel Health Nurses and they will contact you to discuss your possible requirements and book appointments accordingly. Our Travel Nurses will aim to respond to your request within 2 weeks. If you have not heard within this timeframe, please call the Surgery.

Please note that some travel related vaccinations are provided free of charge via the NHS and some will incur a cost to yourselves.
The charges will be discussed with you when mapping out a course of vaccinations.
