Routine & Emergency Appointments

A routine or emergency appointment ranges from 10 to 15 minutes this is dependant on whether it is a telephone call or a face-to-face appointment, this is enough time to discuss ONE problem.

If you arrive late for your appointment, you may not be seen and could be offered another appointment so as not to cause delay for other patients.

For a routine or emergency on-the-day appointment, our phone lines open at 8am. The reception team will ask for a brief description of why you need to be seen to signpost you correctly. Alternatively to avoid long queues, you can use our phone voice assist agent when calling the surgery or our online consultation form Accurx Patient Triage (Link opens in a new browser tab).

You can sign up for the NHS APP where you can book routine appointments online. (Link opens in a new browser tab).

The practice telephone line open at 8am and close at 6.30pm.

Telephone: 01252 344868

If you are not booking an appointment, please call the surgery with queries after 10am to avoid waiting in a queue. You can also use our phone voice assist agent or online consultation form for any queries.

Please note we do not do emergency on the day appointments for medication or sick notes.

For telephone appointments available to book with clinicians, we unfortunately cannot give a time when such calls may be made. These calls may take place at any point throughout the day. Please ensure your contact number is up to date. (See our update contact details form).
