Zero Tolerance Policy

The NHS has a policy of ZERO TOLERANCE to verbal and physical threatening or abusive behaviour.

Any patient or relative that behaves in this way towards our doctors, nurses or ANY staff member, will be asked to register at another practice and may face prosecution.
