What is a Patient Participation Group (PPG)?

Generally made up of a group of volunteer registered patients, the practice management team and one or more of the GPs from the practice, The Cambridge Practice Patient Participation Group (PPG), meet on a regular basis to discuss the services on offer and how improvements can be made for the benefit of our patients and the practice.

What is the purpose of a Patient Participation Group (PPG)?

The PPG contributes ideas, suggestions and feedback to help improve the patient experience, takes part in conversations about healthcare initiatives and policies, shapes the decisions that impact your care and overall experience and provides a forum to support patients in getting their views heard. The PPG is not a forum for discussing personal or individual healthcare issues

If you are interested in becoming part of our group, please contact us via email: thecambridge.practice@nhs.net
